The First Dynasty !

The Shang won control of the Huang He delta in about 1700bc. Their dynasty expanded its kingdom along the river abd foundeed new towns. The Shang developed new skills, includning a system of writing.
The Zhou defeated the Shang in about 1100bc. The Zhou explained their takeover with a concept called the "Mandate of Heaven." Zhou rule lasted for abou t200 years, and was floowed by a period of warfare called the Warring States period. Confucius lived during this time.
